Your area of responsibility
Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR / IFRS
Independent preparation and monitoring of interim and final audits
Maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers, including fixed assets
Preparation of VAT statements, tax declarations and other official statements
Implementation of commission settlements
Intercompany settlements and reconciliations
Support with the documentation and continuous improvement of the internal control system (ICS)
Process optimization in your own area of responsibility
Your profile
Completed basic commercial training and further training as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training
Several years of professional experience in a similar function, ideally in a company in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry
Sound user knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
Affinity for ERP systems; knowledge of Sage an advantage
Team-oriented personality with quick comprehension, affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
