First contact person towards clients, partners, authorities as well as the companies involved in the project within the scope of the assigned tasks
Ensuring the project target in terms of quality, costs and deadlines incl. risk assessment
Professional support and monitoring of the project, making corrections in case of time deviations, optimizing the communication and working out measures as well as proposals for solutions
Acquisition and support of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
Your profile
University degree in architecture/construction management and several years of professional experience
Sound project management experience of new builds and conversions$
Very good negotiating skills with strong communication skills
Experienced team player
Proactive and self-motivated personality with a winning demeanor
Knowledgeable about the local scene (BS/BL) with its own network
