Business Development and Account Manager EMEA

Your area of responsibility
  • Acquisition of new customers and expansion of assigned key customers with a joint growth strategy based on the CTC product portfolio with a focus on LC-MS
  • Opening up new customer segments in the field of sample preparation and acquiring new OEM partners
  • Development of the market for standalone sample preparation devices
  • Sales and growth responsibility for assigned customers
  • Specifying sample preparation workflows and solutions based on the CTC product portfolio in dialog with customers
  • Conducting contract negotiations with defined conditions
  • Regular reporting to the VP Global Key Account Management
  • Conduct market analysis and search for new opportunities and possibilities to sustainably increase sales and revenue of products and solutions.
  • Regular visits to OEM customers and end customers to get an up-to-date picture of the market and customer satisfaction.
  • Market observation and analysis of competitors

Your profile
  • Scientific studies with practical experience in sample preparation and LC-MS
  • Several years of experience in sales of technically demanding products and projects in laboratory automation, ideally in OEM sales
  • Higher additional education in sales or higher education in business administration
  • Good market knowledge of liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry or biological sample preparation
  • You have a good overview of the most important trends in these markets
  • Good networking in the laboratory automation market
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel with a focus on Central Europe (approximately 50%).
  • Convincing appearance, negotiating skills and closing power
  • Independent, integer, resilient and goal-oriented
  • Proficient in German and English (written and oral)
  • Good team player who drives decisions.
