Completed degree in architecture with several years of professional experience and further training in business administration
Experience in project management of complex development, construction and refurbishment projects
Very good negotiating skills with strong communication skills and a competent and professional manner towards institutional clients, authorities, partners etc.
Leadership experienced team player and sparring partner
Conceptual, entrepreneurial and innovative thinking with can-do and organizational skills
Knowledgeable about the local scene (BS/BL) with its own network
