Selection, assessment and development of suitable alternative manufacturers and suppliers, particularly in Asia
Supplier qualification and support of the agent network in Asia
Responsible for optimal availability of active ingredients, raw materials, packaging materials and contract products
Organization of national and international transports and "good to print" release of labels
Entering all orders in the ERP for all raw materials and packaging materials and sending them to suppliers
Checking and account assignment of all incoming invoices for your own area of responsibility
Your profile
Qualified training in purchasing and procurement
Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical environment (GMP) with a corresponding international network
Very good experience in the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials for the chemical-pharmaceutical industry
Business management knowledge for the independent implementation of price negotiations and calculations
Knowledge of quality management (GMP)
Good IT and ERP knowledge
High level of personal responsibility as well as a reliable and independent way of working
Native German speaker and very good English skills
