Establishment and further development of the Finance division (technical and management specialists)
Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customers through individual advice
Presenting our service products to customers on site and conducting sales talks
Advising companies on optimal recruitment strategies
Managing and handling projects until successful completion, including candidate evaluation and interviews
Carrying out market analyses and observing trends in the field of executive search
Close cooperation with the recruiters

Your profile
Experience in the fiduciary sector with specific further training or general experience in finance with further training in business administration
Customer-oriented, proactive as well as entrepreneurial and economic thinking
Winning personality with very good communication skills
Determined, dynamic and persistent, with a high service mentality
Very good language skills in German and English
