Your profile
Completed university degree, ideally in the field of economics or social sciences
Experience in personnel consulting and/or executive search, preferably with a focus on management level
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Sound knowledge of talent management and employee branding
Analytical thinking, strategic orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Team orientation and a proactive way of working
