Your tasks
Acquisition and customer care of integrative medical (and conventional medical) senders, therapists and specialist retailers in German-speaking Switzerland - focus on Zurich/Eastern Switzerland
Support at trade fairs, congresses and local seminars
Collaboration in customer communication together with the team and our marketing department
Collaboration in the updating of offers and the further development of our service
Joint maintenance of sales documents (without specialist information) and their storage in the local drives
Collaboration in the support of the existing laboratory information system (LabTUTO)
If necessary, support of online webinars to relieve the current team in the area of moderation and hosting
Your profile
Basic medical training (druggist, MPA, BMA) or studies in the field of chemistry/biology.
Professional experience as a sales representative for doctors, pharmacies and/or drugstores
Knowledge of integrative medicine / complementary medicine (hair analysis, element analyses, food intolerances, etc.).
Ideally bilingual (D/F), confident in German
English not required, but an advantage
Analytical, structured and reliable way of working, ability to organize and plan, and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and innovative team
Service orientation, ability to cooperate and network

Ortho-Analytic is an innovative, highly specialized laboratory within the Sonic Suisse Group (formerly Medisupport), the largest laboratory network in Switzerland and part of Sonic Healthcare. The laboratory for integrative medicine specializes in microbiome analysis (Calex NGS), the diagnosis of food intolerances and the analysis of trace elements and heavy metals.
