Head of Sales / Member of the Executive Board
Your area of responsibility
Responsible for the management and organization of the sales area, consisting of sales, business development, internal sales and marketing
Active development and maintenance of new markets, customers and an international network of sales partners
Developing and implementing sales, product and pricing strategies that meet individual customer needs and promote company growth
Contract reviews and contract negotiations with customers and partners
Optimizing internal processes and managing improvement and innovation projects
Responsible for target achievement in terms of sales, profitability and market share
Close cooperation and interaction with the Production, Development and Service departments as well as with GL colleagues
Your profile
Technical training and further training at business management level in the areas of sales and marketing
Several years of experience in international sales and contracting
Proven success in the development and implementation of sales strategies and in building customer relationships and sales partners
Convincing and winning manner with excellent internal and external communication skills, negotiating skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage teams
Entrepreneurial and economic thinking and acting
Dynamic and innovative doer type with a hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel internationally and participate in trade fairs of approx. 30%
