Your area of responsibility
As CFO, you will be responsible for the financial management of werner sutter & co. ag in collaboration with your team
Contact person for the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for all financial questions, observations, market changes, etc.
Preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements including support for the audit and contact point for the auditing company
Managing all issues such as VAT, tax returns, property gains tax, insurance, risk management, cash management, liquidity planning, budget, etc.
Monitoring construction accounting and construction invoices
Negotiations and contacts with banks/brokers
Monitoring the interest rate and mortgage environment
Ensuring HR management with all operational tasks/processes from entry to exit, including payroll and social security systems
Contact point for personnel matters and discussions
Your profile
Specialized, business management training and further education with several years of practical experience in a comparable function
Financial statement and accounting expertise with very good know-how in the topics mentioned
Experience in personnel and payroll administration
Proficient in the use of IT and accounting programs
Very good knowledge of German and English
Overall business management view with financial accounting depth
Leadership and communication skills with high social competence
Enthusiasm and passion for real estate
