Responsibility for all financial and operational accounting, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS
Creation and analysis of reports, forecasts and budget plans
Managing the budget process, monitoring target achievement and deriving suitable measures in the event of deviations
Optimization of working capital and ensuring efficient liquidity management
Management and further development of HR and payroll processes including recruitment and interface to external partners
Responsible for taxation and development of tax-optimized solutions
Technical management of the IT department and coordination with internal and external IT service providers
Initiation and implementation of optimization projects in the areas of quality, occupational safety and sustainability
Your profile
Higher education in business administration (FH, university) or federal diploma in finance or accounting / controlling
Several years of professional experience in a comparable management function
Confident handling of modern ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and sound IT affinity
Know-how in Swiss labor law, social insurance and HR processes
Very good written and spoken English skills
High level of analytical thinking, networked thinking and strong solution orientation
Communicative and team-oriented personality
