Head of Sales (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
  • Leading sales staff and teams to support existing and acquire new customers, defining offers, tactics and designing and taking responsibility for the entire sales process ("creat interest" to negotiations)
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategy, sales targets and their coordination with the general company orientation
  • Analyzing market and product requirements and developing and implementing a market, product and pricing strategy
  • Identification, contractual agreement, monitoring of defined targets and continuous support of sales staff and sales partners
  • Close cooperation and interaction with the CEO and internal departments

Your profile
  • Basic technical training in mechanical / plant engineering with further training at UAS level in mechanical engineering and business management topics
  • Several years of experience in international sales and in handling demanding mechanical engineering projects Contract management and team leadership
  • Customer-oriented, convincing and winning appearance with confident negotiation skills in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial and economic thinking and acting
  • Dynamic, success-oriented and innovative doer type
  • High degree of independence, commitment and flexibility
  • International willingness to travel
