Management and further development of the engineering team and automation
Responsibility for the management of strategic projects in the areas of conversion and new construction, including infrastructure, plant construction, automation and logistics, with a considerable investment volume.
Ensuring compliance with budget targets and carrying out detailed, qualitative and quantitative controlling.
Ensuring clear and effective communication within the project team and with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Further development of the production site and responsibility for project management of CAPEX projects
Monitoring and coordinating projects for the digitalization of production and connection to the MES system
Your profile
Completed technical engineering studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar)
Many years of experience in managing major investment projects in the infrastructure and buildings sector
Extensive management experience in an industrial environment, with a focus on the food industry, life sciences or chemistry, ideally in the field of engineering / technology
Strong entrepreneurial and business management mindset, combined with sound expertise in change management.
Hands-on mentality & transparent communication
Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
