Head of Transportation Infrastructure Division (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Operational and personnel management of the Transport division with 3 departments and a total of 18 employees
Responsibility for project planning and implementation of cantonal and high-performance roads, cycle routes and public transport facilities
Recognizing technical, scheduling, financial and organizational deviations in the individual departments and developing corresponding solution proposals
Monitoring and adherence to the allocated credits
Participation in coordination, departmental and project meetings as well as participation as a representative of TBA in meetings of district council committees, community events, etc.
Drafting sophisticated reports, proposals and statements for politicians and authorities
Deputy function of the direct superior, the cantonal engineer
Your profile
Completed studies as a (civil) engineer, traffic planner or traffic engineer
Further training in business administration an advantage
Generalist with several years of project planning and construction management experience from the private sector or administration
Successful, proven experience in the implementation of challenging transportation planning projects
Affinity and feel for political processes
Broad management experience with high social competence, confident communication and presentation skills as well as a winning demeanor at various levels
Team player with creativity, innovative spirit and solution-oriented thinking
Experienced IT skills
