Advising and supporting employees and coaching line managers on all HR-related topics
Support in the recruitment of new staff, including the creation of job advertisements, coordination of appointments, writing employment contracts including certificate management
Responsible for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
Carrying out monthly payroll runs, recording, mutating and monitoring personnel and payroll data
Accounting and communication with all social security institutions and responsible for processing withholding tax, family allowances, etc.
Partial and/or management of HR projects, collaboration in the design and implementation of the HR strategy and support in change projects
Collaboration in the onboarding & offboarding process
Responsible for day-to-day operations including time recording
Your profile
Federal HR certificate or similar training and/or further training
Several years of experience in HR management, sound knowledge of HR processes and labor law principles
Experience in recruitment and operational HR business
Experience in independent payroll accounting is mandatory
Smart hands-on quality and tact to pick up needs and act in a solution-oriented manner
Adept at using modern technology, social media and HR tools
German mother tongue with very good English skills
