International Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
  • Analyzing market and product requirements and developing and implementing a market strategy
  • Identification, contractual agreement, development and continuous support of sales partners
  • Independent acquisition activities, offer management, defining tactics and designing and taking responsibility for the entire sales process ("creative interest" to negotiations)
  • Preparation of contracts and all necessary documents
  • Responsible for the correct implementation of the services sold
  • The opportunity to take on the position of sales manager and successfully lead the sales team
  • Close cooperation and interaction with the CEO and internal departments

Your profile
  • Basic technical training in mechanical / plant engineering with further training at FH level in mechanical engineering
  • Several years of experience in international sales and in handling complex mechanical engineering projects, including contracts
  • Customer-oriented, convincing and winning appearance with confident negotiation skills in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial and economic thinking and acting
  • Dynamic, success-oriented and innovative doer type
  • High degree of independence, commitment and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel approx. 20-30%
