Internship Social Media Recruiter for 6 to 12 months
Your area of responsibility
Discussing the job and requirement profiles with the consultants
Writing, publishing and monitoring job advertisements on job platforms and social media
Identifying potential candidates on social media channels such as Linkedin, Xing, homepages etc. including active direct approach
Creating videos with the latest software tools for a personalized candidate approach
Conducting telephone interviews and initial pre-selection of suitable candidates
Arrange appointments for interviews with the candidates
Co-designing and participating in the weekly internal meetings
Your profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, business psychology or similar.
Enjoy dealing with social media
Knowledge of human nature and a good instinct for a perfect match between company and candidate
Fluent German and English
Desire and passion to learn and successfully implement professional active sourcing
Outgoing, team-oriented and uncomplicated personality
