Management of the office with 10 employees in the areas of communication, finance, IT, personnel and infrastructure
Empowerment of management and branch managers in operational management
Evaluation of the offerings in terms of appropriateness and efficiency as well as allocation of financial and human resources
Preparation of the annual budget and controlling under the direction of the Head of Finance
Securing the financial basis of the organization by raising funds through performance contracts, fundraising and economic activities
Managing and developing direct reports in management and the head office
Representation of the Jugendsozialwerk in commissions, working groups and vis-à-vis authorities
Participation in meetings of the Board of Trustees and preparation of reports and documentation
Representation of the organization by authorities / quality assurance as part of the service agreement
Coordination of internal and external communication
Optimizing processes, structures and workflows to ensure that the organization remains efficient in the future
Your profile
Business studies (university/university of applied sciences) or studies with further training in business administration (FH, NDS)
Very good grasp of complex and diverse topics
Rooted in the Christian faith
Good communication and organizational skills with a love of networking
Good know-how in the field of finance and accounting / controlling
CAS in the non-profit / NGO sector an advantage

Our customer
The Blaues Kreuz BL Youth Social Work Foundation is a service provider for youth and social work. It is involved in addiction and prevention work as well as social and professional integration.
It works on behalf of public authorities and private institutions. The foundation is largely financed by service contracts and its own contributions. In addition, a circle of patrons supports projects that cannot be financed by public funds. With over 170 employees, the Jugendsozialwerk Foundation is an important player in social management in the region.
