Your area of responsibility
Operational and strategic management together with the Co-Managing Director Finance and Real Estate Accounting
Co personnel responsibility for 22 employees as well as direct management, coaching, support and development of the management team (7 employees)
Acquisition of new projects/properties, preparation of offers and contribution of own network
Customer care and active networking within the industry
Dealing with special requests from owners and tenants as well as complex issues such as insurance, tenancy law, rent setting, etc.
Planning and conducting condominium owners' meetings and responsible for implementing the resulting resolutions
Optimizing work processes and introducing digitalization measures
Your profile
Several years of experience in the real estate industry and in personnel management
Qualification as a real estate trustee or senior real estate manager with a federal certificate, general further training in management topics is an advantage
Very good knowledge of landlord, tenant, contract and work contract law
Experience in the area of condominium and co-ownership
Experience in dealing with complex owner needs
Skilled IT expert and user (Rimo R5)
High motivation and mental flexibility
Good communication and negotiation skills with impeccable German (written & oral), additional language skills in French and English are important
