Managing Director/CFO Finance and Real Estate Accounting (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Operational and financial management together with the Co-Managing Director Real Estate
Co personnel responsibility for 22 employees as well as direct management, coaching, support and development of the accounting and reception team (8 employees)
Managing and supervising the various, demanding real estate accounts, including heating and ancillary cost accounts and operating cost accounts
Preparation of the necessary interim and annual financial statements for rental properties as well as condominiums and co-ownership of residential and commercial properties
Condominium owner revisions
Filling out tax forms
Managing the company's own bookkeeping from A - Z
Contact person for clients and owners as well as internally in various accounting matters
Optimizing work processes and introducing digitalization measures
Your profile
Several years of experience in the real estate industry and in personnel management
Qualification as a real estate accountant with appropriate further training or financial accountant with a federal certificate, general further training in management topics is an advantage
Very good knowledge of legal and tax principles
Very good knowledge of IT systems (Rimo R5)
Experience in the introduction of digitization processes
Independent and precise way of working, but also enjoy working with the team
