Manufacturing Engineer Prototype Construction (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Creation of RFQs and quotations for the prototype production of magnets, magnet systems and electric motors
Creation of CAD drawings for production
CNC programming and operation of wire EDM machines (wire EDM)
Installation and assembly of magnetic systems and magnetic assemblies
Carrying out magnetic and mechanical measurements
Identification and implementation of suitable manufacturing processes for the production of end products
Planning, scheduling and implementation of assigned production projects for external and internal customers (R&D)
Ensuring efficient project execution while adhering to time and budget constraints
Your profile
Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ and further training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineer (FH) an advantage
Sound knowledge in the mechanical processing of metals and ideally of electric motors / rotors
Very good knowledge of CAD drawings (reading and, if necessary, creating) and programming CNC machines
Experience with wire EDM machines (wire EDM) an advantage
Willingness to work hands-on on the CNC systems yourself
Independent working style, but also motivation to learn new skills
Team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and is willing to learn from others
Interest in high-tech developments and innovative solutions for continuous product improvement
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
