Your area of responsibility
Marketing activities
- Development and coordination of OTC marketing strategies based on market analyses B to B and B to C in Switzerland and partly internationally
- Preparation and creation of marketing plans based on the strategy and their implementation
- Preparation, creation and monitoring of the media plan
- Developing specific marketing mix measures and implementing them
- Assistance in the further development of our social media channels
in cooperation with external partners
- Regular market and competitor monitoring
- Developing, planning, implementing and retrospectively analyzing advertising campaigns in collaboration with GL
- Participation in national and international congresses
Sales activities
- Management, coaching and development of 4-5 sales representatives and promo staff
- Supporting ADM in the organization and implementation of promotions, training courses and events
- Regular accompanying visits by the ADM
- Preparation and creation of AD sales plans
- Creation and monitoring of AD objectives
Your profile
- Business studies and specialist training in marketing/sales
- Several years of professional experience in a similar function in the cosmetics and/or OTC sector
- Very good experience in brand management and brand development in the OTC / cosmetics sector
- Very good knowledge of German and French (Italian an advantage)
- Very good MS Office user skills
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as personal responsibility and independence
- Social and leadership skills
- Precise, efficient and independent way of working
