You take over a portfolio of external contract manufacturers and manage them fully
You create forecasts, carry out production planning and prepare purchase orders / production orders
Review batch documentation and process deviations, changes, release of manufacturing instructions and initiate CAPAs.
Search and evaluation of new contract manufacturers in collaboration with Regulatory, QC and QA.
Project management for product transfers for new product launches from development and site transfers (schedule, preparation/release of documentation, preparation for approval)
If required, you accompany audits at the contract manufacturers
The selective support of the internal production at the Arlesheim site rounds off your area of responsibility
First experience in pharmaceutical production or supervision of external contract manufacturers desirable
Very good project management, communication and organizational skills
You are an all-rounder with hands-on mentality
Fluency in German and English is required
