Independent implementation of architectural and general planning services and management of projects, teams and specialist planners
Ensure project objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines incl. risk assessment
Accompanying and monitoring the projects, making corrections in the event of time deviations, optimizing communication and developing measures as well as proposals for solutions
Supporting the specialist planners, authorities and the companies involved in the project within the scope of the assigned tasks
Competent external representation of the office and the client
Your profile
University degree in architecture/construction management and sound knowledge of service provision according to SIA 102/112
Successful professional experience in project planning and execution (min. 5 years)
Good understanding of the Swiss construction market with its laws
Very good knowledge of CAD (ArchiCAD), MS-Office and BIM
Creative, well-structured, quality-conscious and solution-oriented
Winning demeanor, open and transparent communication, and a welcome team player who thinks and acts for the company
