You are responsible for the identification and direct approach of executives and professionals within the scope of exclusive recruiting assignments
You participate in the project briefings with the consultants and develop a sourcing strategy for a winning active sourcing of specialists and executives
You write job advertisements, create target company lists and identify suitable candidates
Direct approach of candidates via telephone, e-mail, social media and (business) networks such as LinkedIn and XING
You carry out telephone clarifications and select the suitable applicants
You lead a structured applicant management and build a talent pool to cover future needs
Your profile
Completed studies (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in business, business psychology or similar
Experience in recruitment, active sourcing, ideally in an agency
You have a passion for social media and understand how to find and target the right community for appropriate situations.
Organized and communicative personality, you find it easy to seek daily contact with candidates
Motivation and ambition to achieve high quality solutions and results
Fluent German and English skills are essential
