Your areas of responsibility
 
  • Finances: Responsible for all operational accounting tasks (excluding financial statements) such as invoicing and payment runs, dunning, managing and monitoring all financial transactions as well as preparing and coordinating financial processes for the external fiduciary partner. It is important to keep an eye on the big picture, advise the management on strategic issues and ensure that the companies are optimally positioned
  • People & Culture: Ensuring professional HR administration from A to Z (excluding payroll processing), further developing and maintaining the HR and corporate culture, a welcome and trustworthy contact person for employees
  • IT management: Solve everyday problems with hardware or software, set up workstations for new employees and, if your IT support is no longer sufficient, ensure a solution with the external partner
  • New Work & Processes: Continuously optimize workflows, digitize and simplify processes 
  • Leadership: Direct management of an employee in the accounting department

Your profile
 
  • A degree in business administration or comparable qualification with a focus on finance and HR
  • Several years of experience in similar generalist and management positions in an SME environment 
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and a pinch of humor 
  • Entrepreneurial, long-term thinking and action
  • A digital mindset: affinity and enjoyment of tools & tech 
  • Experience with Bexio and Microsoft Teams
  • Hands-on mentality: get to work and get things moving
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Entry: possible immediately
