Leading smaller projects to optimize processes and procedures in the quality area
Support with microbiological analyses, cleanroom and hygiene monitoring
Provide input for improving the hygiene concept
Review of analysis results and release of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products using the dual control principle
Collaboration with the Production, Quality and Development departments on quality-related issues
Taking on projects in the laboratory environment, such as the search for and evaluation of service partners in analytics, including price and contract negotiations
Initiating and processing deviations, OOS, changes and CAPAs
Supporting quality control in the validation of analytical methods
Revising quality-relevant documents such as SOPs.
Supporting the ERP implementation and development of the LIMS system
Participation in customer audits and inspections by authorities
Your profile
Completed vocational training in the food sector or chemistry/biology
Further training in quality management or company processes technician
At least 5 years of experience in quality management in a GMP environment (laboratory or QA)
Knowledge of microbiology, hygiene concepts, cleanroom monitoring, HACCP
Ideally experience in the validation of analytical methods according to ICH Q2 High IT affinity and very good organizational skills
Reliable, precise and independent way of working as well as a quick grasp of things
Flexible, versatile personality with a hands-on mentality
Business fluent German and good English skills
