Creation and negotiation of contracts with agencies for the realization of events
Creation of invitations, coordination of registrations, participant communication
Research, booking and support of speakers and seminar venues in collaboration with the sales force
Organization of technical equipment, catering and smooth implementation on site
Calculation and monitoring of event budgets
Development of marketing strategies, design of advertising materials (print & online), cooperation with external agencies
Your profile
Successfully completed studies or training in event management, marketing or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the field of training, seminars or conferences
Organizational and coordination talent with strong communication skills and customer orientation
Very structured way of working and the ability to maintain an overview of many parallel projects
Sound knowledge of contract management and negotiating skills
Experience in marketing, especially in event advertising
Independent and structured way of working with an eye for detail
