Sales Manager DACH region (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers in the DACH region
Development of new business with existing customers
Technical advice for customers on new projects
Representation of the company and product portfolio at national and international trade fairs
Regular reporting to the management
Participation in internal discussions and meetings to coordinate and optimize sales strategies
Market observation and recognition of opportunities for up- and cross-selling
Your profile
Degree or comparable qualification in sales, marketing, engineering or a related field
Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the field of plastics
Stylistically confident oral and written expression in German and English
Strong analytical skills and experience in working with ERP and CRM systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Potential for the next step: Head of Sales
Willingness to travel up to 80% and participate in trade fairs and sales events
