Sales Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
  • Takeover of the existing customer portfolio and sustainable maintenance of customer relationships with research institutions and OEMs in the industry
  • Development of new customer relationships and support of projects from the idea to series production together with the Inside Sales and Technical Sales team in Germany
  • Representation of PI in Switzerland and expansion of sales
  • Creating an ambitious growth plan and actively driving business development
  • Close cooperation with Technical Sales Engineering, Inside Sales and the development departments on application-specific issues
  • Development of customer-specific solutions, preparation of offers and support of customers until conclusion of the contract
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs, conferences and meetings


Your profile
  • Completed studies in physics, optics, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
  • Experience in sales of consulting-intensive, technologically sophisticated products, ideally in the field of precision technology, optics, photonics or laser processing
  • Proven success in strategic and growth-oriented selling
  • Proactive, independent personality with entrepreneurial thinking and strong sales skills 
  • Enjoy traveling throughout Switzerland and personal customer contact on site
  • Goal orientation, sales and negotiation skills and good communication skills characterize you
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, good knowledge of French is a plus
